Truro Internal Medicine Society

Teaching and understanding about future career paths is very poorly done by the medical school. We therefore want to help all those who are enthusiastic about internal medicine and give them a guide on how to build a stronger application.
We want to provide a place for all interested in internal medicine, to meet, to learn, and to share our passions.
Internal medicine spans a large number of specialties, and therefore requires a wide range of skills and knowledge. We want to help teach and facilitate learning within these specialties, as well as help identify new areas for learning.
We want to give all members a platform to teach about topics they are passionate about, and encourage development in key skills such as teaching, public speaking and leadership.
