Society Description
Aims and Objectives:
- To create a platform where students interested in finance, technology, and innovation can connect, learn, and collaborate.
- To bridge the gap between traditional finance and emerging technologies such as blockchain, AI, open banking, and digital currencies.
- To support career development by connecting students with FinTech startups, alumni, and industry professionals through speaker sessions and mentorships.
- To organise interactive events such as workshops, hackathons, and case competitions that develop both technical and strategic problem-solving skills.
- To encourage interdisciplinary collaboration across Business, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, and Engineering students.
- To promote diversity, inclusion, and accessibility in the FinTech space, empowering more women and underrepresented groups to explore tech-driven finance careers.
