- To strengthen industry knowledge, we collaborate with platforms such as UMushroom, offering online learning resources, webinars, and open discussions. These initiatives ensure members can deepen their understanding of finance, markets, and portfolio strategy

-Students will have the chance to represent Exeter in the UK Investment Competition, organised by MCD Capital, competing against other top universities for £15,000+ worth in prizes and spring/summer internship placements. This provides a tangible pathway for students to showcase their skills and secure valuable work experience.

-We connect students directly with professionals across wealth and asset management through networking events, speaker panels, and firm partnerships. These sessions allow members to learn from industry leaders, explore career paths, and build relationships that can lead to internships and graduate roles.

-We are developing a peer mentorship programme where experienced members guide newcomers in CV-building, interview preparation, and investment analysis, ensuring that all members can progress confidently toward their career goals.
