We want to cultivate confident and independent young female leaders who utilise our society as a platform for career success and to collaborate with other enterprising, like-minded individuals.

- To provide female-identifying and non-binary students with career support (help with CVs, job/ internship applications, etc…)

- Create a safe space and sense of community for female-identifying and non-binary students in a traditionally male-dominated environment.

- Help connect students with company representatives to aid in networking and career opportunities.
