• Encouraging members to practice self-improvement and enrichment

• Regularly hosting guest speakers on the topic of self-worth and self-improvement

• Enabling students to explore the practice of self-improvement with other students

• Cultivating a thought process and approach to accommodate fast paced working life after university

• Seeing the improvement of the membership from the moment they join the society to when they depart the University of Exeter

• Increasing the exposure of the University of Exeter as a place that encourages the improvement of its students beyond the curriculum
